A. Admission
- All incoming students, freshmen and transferees, are to fill out the online application “Student Information From”. Applicants who registered online shall be informed of their Entrance Exam schedule through the cellphone numbers and email address provided in the form.
- Freshmen includes graduates of the following:
- ALS passers
- Old Basic Education Curriculum
- K to 12 Curriculum
- Freshmen includes graduates of the following:
NOTE: The information collected from the Student Information Form shall be used during enrolment. Applicant without their Student Information in the database shall not be entertained by the Registrar during enrolment.
- Result of the Entrance Exam for the qualified applicants shall be posted together with the schedule date of enrolment.
- Applicants with 85 and above entrance exam result are allowed to take board programs while those who have 80 and above shall be allowed to enroll for non-board programs.
- Applicants with below 80 Entrance Exam results shall be advised to enroll to other institutions.
- Programs with applicants more than the required class size shall be ranked accordingly.

- Entrance Exam result 50%
- General Weighted Average (GWA) 50%
- Percentage of Ranking
- Qualifiers who were cut off the list of their priority program shall be advised to consider other programs of the University.
- The deans/campus directors shall assign/designate enrolling faculty to process the academic advising forms which shall be forwarded to the Office of the University Registrar.
B. Shiftee/Returnee
- Apply for appointment online (evaluation shiftee/returnees) through the Official Facebook Page: NWSSU – Office of the University Registrar.
- Download application for Transferee/Returnee. Fill in required information and secure the signature of the officials needed in the form.

• Returnee's Application Form - Download the application for Crediting of Courses form. After filling in the needed information, present the form together with the certificate of grades to the Area Chair for evaluation and approval of the University Registrar.
C. Transferee
- Must be in the list of Qualifiers.
- Apply for appointment online (evaluation transferees) through the Official Facebook Page: NWSSU – Office of the University Registrar.
- Download the application for Crediting of Courses form. After filling in the needed information, present the form together with the Official Transcript of Records to the Area Chair for evaluation and approval of the University Registrar.
